Platforms and Walkways

Platforms, Walkways, Flooring, and gantries play an important role in providing safe access to plant, machinery and equipment.

AAI's platforms, walkways and gantries, are provided with handrails to all open sides and either open type or solid type flooring, (both with an anti-slip top surface). Access / egress is provided via stairs, companion way ladders, or vertical ladders. Platforms provided for access can also provide additional storage areas.

Experienced AAI engineers can advise on all aspects of design and provide recommendations for particular installations.

Dependent upon the nature of the project and the environmental demands being placed upon it, AAI provides all products in a comprehensive range of materials and finishes including:
